fatal error once the student is prevent from resuming quiz

Hi Vadim.
Thank you for great work. We've installed it in moodle 3.5, however we get a fatal error once the student is prevent (rightly) from accessing the quiz again instead of another more friendly error message. Perhaps print_error() shouldn't be used?

Install in 3.9

Hello, I'm trying to install in 3.9 but it does no install. Stays in a page has it was installing and does nothing. No errors appear on moodle logs, no errors appear even if I have the website in developer mode. Does this install in 3.9? Are there plans to make it install in 3.9? Thank you!

Add button to unlock attempt in the attempts overview page

When a teacher has to unlock a session, the option is quite hidden (it's inside the block column - which is often collapsed - of the review attempt page), it would be easier to find and use if it'd be a button on the attempt review page (/mod/quiz/report.php?id=123456&mode=overview) next to the "Regrade selected attempts" and "Delete selected attempts" called "Unlock selected attempts"
