[Suggestion] Move Upper item to the Redstone creative mode category

Mods quite often include their items in the vanilla creative menu categories, and since this mod's goal is to add only a single item, it may be more sensible to include it in the Redstone category instead.

Uppers and functional storage

When you place an Upper below a drawer (In our case, we tested with a default oak drawer from functional storage), and you have items in the upper, it will not insert items into the drawer once it reaches 64 of that item. Once you add more than 64 of that item manually, it will continue filling.

This does not occur with a vanilla hopper, just the uppers.

Hi, I'm just wondering if you are still here?

I really enjoy using the Uppers mod as it makes Redstone a lot easier. But I've noticed that you aren't here any more (at least on GitHub) due to your last activity on GitHub being on January the 21st.

If it is alright, may I fork it, and release updates to the mod to newer versions, and Fabric and release those onto Modrinth?
Don't worry, I'll rebrand the mod slightly (probably to Uppers Modernised).
So far, I have got my own GitHub repo of a 1.20.1 version of this mod, and want to probably post it somewhere public.

Some of the other works I've done is being one of the lead developers of Distant Horizons which you can view at Curseforge and Modrinth, so I have quite a bit of experience in modding.

Problems with directional containers

With directional containers, like Furnace, the Upper can extract items upwards, but it can't insert items.
I guess that you somehow tells the Furnace that the items comes from the bottom.
If it lied and said it come from the top, it would be compatible with more blocks?

I personally only sees pros with having it laying, but there may be some cons and bugs if it do.

Minecart with Hopper

When using an upper with a minecart with a hopper, the item from the minecart is put into the upper then put back into the minecart again. Even if you have other uppers connected, it never moves and the item/s are stuck in a loop of going between containers.

Upper doesn't drop block

Playing on the Devcraft server... broke two, one with stone, then a second with an iron pick... neither dropped the upper item.
