Add additional parameter along with the file been sent

Hello sir,
what a good work you have done, however, i will love to know how to pass additional parameters with the file that is been sent, pls i need it in a hurry.

File path Error

@vamsitallapudi This is caused by new version of android
here is the error : W/System.err: java.io.FileNotFoundException: content:/com.android.providers.media.documents/document/image%3A25: open failed: ENOENT (No such file or directory)
