To show.

• show()

• show(_ message: String, theme: ProgressIndicatorTheme)
• show(_ message: String, onView: UIView)

To hide.

• hide()
• hide(fromView view: UIView)

How to use?

• Copy ProgressIndicator folder from demo project
• Show: ProgressIndicator.show()
• Hide: ProgressIndicator.hide()
