Add range type

A range type for float and int types which allows values only in a certain range.

Add float type

Make it possible to pass in floating point arguments and verify that they are actual floats. Exponential form is also allowed.

Add positional arguments

Add a way to add positional arguments. Positional arguments will take place right after the program name and are required always. They can have types just like the other arguments.

Add enum type

Add a type which can have only one of a few predefined values.
