Look for a CD vendor
If I'm doing it, Bison is in Seattle and looks pretty good
Scripts to copy the changelog over
Same as the lexicon, but it'll be a pretty easy 1:1 copy over and strip the header/footer
Create CD art
- Front cover (the art visible from the front when the case is closed)
- Inside panel (the art that is printed on the opposite side of the front cover
- Disk label (the art printed onto the CD itself)
Scripts to create the lexicon html file
Can repurpose the existing lexicon site generator, but we'll want to do things like strip/replace the header and footers, remove the "this is bleeding edge" warning, etc.
Also, having actual recipes rendered would be nice.
