Use of Math.random() makes this not 'Globally' unique

Just wanted to give you a heads up that the reliance on Math.random() means that the ID generated by this is not particularly unique. That function only has 32 bits of entropy on many platforms (most browsers) and so the possibility of collisions is really quite high. You'll see collisions easily within a few million calls.

I realise the 'lite' in the name probably explains this, as making it truly globally unique would require bringing in more packages. But if there are intentional compromises to reduce the footprint, it should possibly still be called out in the readme?
