right, but I considred it a duplicate because the request is for one report per samplesheet rather than one report-per-sample, and we already have issue #4

The reason it is best to write individual summary and contig files per project and then combine them at the end is because of parallelization.
We will want to be able to run each project in it's own qsub job and then have a supplementary job to build the master summary and contigs directory
