Do we need to create a summary file for each sample? Or just a combined report for all samples?
In the same vein, do we need a "top contigs" file for each sample, or only as a combined report for all samples?

Hi Mike,
Per discussion, I would suggest (1) a combined report for all samples, and (2) a directory of all contigs for each sample, not a combined contig sequences for all samples.
You may call the pipeline ngs_assembler.
