Wrong name / color picker is appears behind

Hi! Thanks for the color picker. It looks awesome. However, the name of the module is misspelled. Instead of 'color-picker-dr', the module name, getting from source, it's 'colorpicker-dr'.

Bower missing "main" and "ignore" entry.

When I install with bower, I get this warnings.

bower invalid-meta  angular-colorpicker-dr is missing "main" entry in bower.json
bower invalid-meta  angular-colorpicker-dr is missing "ignore" entry in bower.json

If someone use a inyector or something like this, the task won't be able to inyect the angular-colorpicker itself. The bower need to have those fields, but it won't fail to install anyhow.

Do you have any plans to a bower release?

Add package.json for Yarn support

Trying to install from Yarn produces the following error:

yarn install v0.22.0
info No lockfile found.

error Couldn't find manifest in "https://github.com/vedmack/angular-colorpicker.git".
info Visit https://yarnpkg.com/en/docs/cli/install for documentation about this command.

This means it's missing a package.json file. Many people are migrating away from Bower nowadays, so adding support for that is a good idea.
