Make the "external link" icon clickable

As of now the below syntax is being used to create external links with icons.
\iconhrefexternal{ExternalLink}{9}{Xplore}{https://xplore.venkivijay.com}{black}

One flaw with this is, only the link text is clickable. The "ExternalLink" icon shown next to it is not clickable.
This inconsistency is misleading as most of the users will try to click the icon instead of the link text.

Timeline correction in "Miscellaneous" section

The above timeline should be 2019-2020.

After fixing, update in Naukri manually

Metadata for PDF

Add metadata like author, keyword, etc., while building PDF.

Current Document Properties:

Add footer mentioning LaTeX usage

At the bottom of the resume, add a line saying this resume is built using LaTeX

Add below QR (within the left section itself). Should not overflow. Fold line if needed. Use mild color.

GitHub Workflow for `dev` branch

Create a workflow to build and publish PDF on pushing changes to dev branch. Figure out a strategy such that the existing PDF built using main is unaffected when adding a new PDF from dev. Do not use the same existing workflow for dev because that will overwrite all the contents in gh-pages branch (more specifically production resume).
