Running the project

• Clone this project

git clone https://github.com/veral-dev/phone-catalog-MERN.git

Install and run REST API

• Go to server folder

• Create a .env file with the data that I send by email.

• Install NodeJS on your computer.

• Install npm on your computer

• Launch npm i command in a terminal

  This command will look into the package.json file and install all the dependencies listed here.

npm run dev

• Run the backend and "Server working on the port: 5000. BBDD Connected" message appear

Install client

• Go to client folder

• Launch npm i command in a terminal

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits.\

npm test

Runs test that control the app
