How to install it within a Docker setup?

Hello, I'm confused a bit as there is no directory plugin within my main Discourse directory (it is running as a Docker container). From posts like this and this I've found that I should use hooks to install plugins in a docker automatically. However, this plugin requires additional rake commands to install correctly and I don't know how to run them.

Not compatible with current versions of discourse

The plugin works, but breaks discourse's update system.

I'd understand if this repository is not going to be maintained now that discourse has forked their own official one, but if so, then that should be flagged in the README.
