As discussed on IRC, first step will be adding two cores, one for the current behaviour and one for RSA. the type of core will determine the environment created.

This won't work, @Vexatos @Dean4Devil - bundled cables use XOR as AES cannot be done on such a low amount of bytes, for example.

Theoretically speaking, AES can be used on any amount of bytes. Other block Cipher work even better: RC5 has a block size of 32 bits. But If you want to be more efficient, use a stream cipher.

@asiekierka Let's keep the T1 Cipher Block as it is and add a tier 2!
T2 won't be compatible with bundled cables but allow the insersion of cipher cores.
