create dataset in collection

Create dataset does not work in collection

options for create button

in a collection, we should only see 'create collection' or 'create dataset' - not create space.

dataset not created in space

When the user tries to create a dataset in a space, the dataset is not in the space. When it it sent the the createEmptyDataset method in 4ceed/clowder, the id is read in the flutter app as the collection id and not the space id. It is also sent to 4ceed collection: [] when it should just be a single string.

add logging

existing print statements do not seem to work. let's work out a plan for consistent logging across all classes.

add documentation

Add documentation for how to run this flutter app with a local instance of 4ceed as well as production.

authenticate using CILogon

Add authentication using CILogon to the mobile app.

create dataset home

Create dataset does not work in 'home'.

create collection does not work

Create collection does not appear to work. Could someone else check?
