covid19_es's Issues

Many thanks !

Thank you so much for keeping this git updated !
You can see data i recover from your git in use here (no ads)

Change in Graphs.ipynb

Creo que en Graphs.ipynb en "data = pd.read_csv('../data/csv_data/data/dataCOVID19_es.csv')" debería ser data = pd.read_csv('../data/final_data/dataCOVID19_es.csv')

Hospitalizados

is this number (Hospitalizados) cumulative ? or are those number hospitalized at a given date?

Data in the days without report

I have noticed that report Actualizacion_38_COVID-19.pdf was released on the 06/03/2020, and report Actualizacion_39_COVID-19 on the 09/03/2020. Accordingly in the folder csv_data there are not files for the days 07/03 and 08/03. However in the file dataCOVID19_es.cnv there is data in the 07/03 and 08/03, for all the regions, is this linear interpolation?. Thanks

Issues on today's data?

Hi,
Did you have trouble recovering data of today from the PDF?

I saw they added some * and other characters on some data to indicate asymptomatic cases, maybe this issue troubled your automatic data recovery process?

Here is the file for today (in the format i used to recover it from your git) .. just in case you need a quick upload.

Thanks

Missing LaRioja

FYI, LaRioja data is missing in daily data files and final data file since 16/04...
I did not notice it until today when I updated from your git (since 16/04 i have been constructing the file manually)

Previous error of negative new daily cases still reflected in total cases

A brief follow up on the previous issue which you just closed.

I think that the negative values in new daily cases ('nuevos'), which you fixed now (thank again!), is somehow still reflected in the total cases ('casos') column.

When I plot total cases over time for whole Spain I still see a sudden drop in value towards the end, which should not happen as total cases should increase over time.

Error in LogisticCurve

In LogisticCurve.ipynb for the confirmed cases per CCAA ,the data is always for the Canary Islands. I will fix it and do a PR.

PDF format change

The released PDF on 16th March has been totally renewed.
Now data are presented in two different tables and big changes in some scripts are needed.

I won't have time until this weekend to modify the code and regenerate the final data; if anyone could give me a hand, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

Why are there negative numbers in new daily cases

Thanks for this repo, very useful and detailed data. I am trying to understand why one can have
negative values for daily cases ('nuevos').

The problem that I am getting is that if one sums over all regions, and looks into national data,
on 2020-04-24 one gets -10000 new cases. What happened there? And how should the negative
values per region be interpreted?
