Update socail icons links

Update gemfile with latest version

Jekyll's 3.9 Live reload not reloading on refresh

I tried creating a fresh new jekyll 3.9 and the live reload worked when I edited the html and refreshed locally.

But even when I updated to Jekyll 3.9 in gemfile (since livereload was added in 3.7) and copied over that new site's gemfile and _config.yml over to this project and updated the bundles and tried everything I could think of, adding empty tags to all the html files and what not, the site will not update when I refresh. Here is the command, there are no errors in browser or console:

$ bundle exec jekyll serve --livereload
