[BUG]: Login & SignUp Functionality

Whenever a user tries to signup using his credentials and clicks on SignUp, its not able to redirect him/her towards dashboard. More precisely a log undefined error logs in the terminal each time user tries signing up.

Security Issue: Db credentials exposing.

I'm keen on fixing this for better clarity and navigation. Could you please provide the correct URL that this link should point to? Once I have the accurate URL, I'll make the necessary changes and update the pull request.

When creating a PR, always mention the issue number.

Whenever you push the changes & create a PR, make sure you guys are mentioning the issue number which automatically closes the issue when your PR gets merged.
Ex: fixes #n, closes #n, resolves #n where n=1, 2, 3 in your PR.
