Fix <div> to bottom of the page

The application just has a background extending after the div section that contains the metric and imperial conversions. Change it so that the bottom of that section is "pinned" to the bottom of the browser.

Update content based on user input

The heading displays user input for a second but then reverts back to zero. Submitting the same input twice gets the heading text to stay but doesn't clear the input field text.

Also need to figure out how to get the paragraphs updated with the new converted text.
