NaNoWriMo

Development

• Install Hugo: brew install hugo
• Install Serif Theme
• May need to temporarily comment out themes in .gitignore, then run cd themes and git submodule add https://github.com/zerostaticthemes/hugo-serif-theme
• Note: may need to remove themes/hugo-serif-theme/content/contact.md

Run

• Run server from project root: hugo server

Build site

• Hugo command: hugo
• rm -rf docs
• mv public docs
• commit to git repo

New Post

• hugo new characters/char-name.md
• hugo server -D (show drafts)

nanowrimo's Issues

Update titles and references to 2019 to a generic template

In order to be more easily used as a template, the repo has been renamed to nanowrimo instead of nanowrimo19.

NaNoWriMo Resources page

Develop out new resources page with content and links to information like:

• Name generators
• Randomizers
• Writing prompts
• Plot help

Based on the content, try to categorize under (H2) headings.

The new Resources page should also show up in the top Menu, between Beatsheet and About
