Platform to enter urls and need of url validators

There is requirement of platform to enter url if user forget to enter urls through arguments and urls needed to be verify if they are correct or not

Incorrect version for bs4 python package.

 ✗ pip install bs4==4.10.0 requests==2.22.0 --break-system-packages
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement bs4==4.10.0 (from versions: 0.0.0, 0.0.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for bs4==4.10.0

bs4 is the dummy package for beautifulsoup4
We can have two fixes for this, either by fixing package name or by fixing version name.

Using official package with correct name

pip install beautifulsoup4==4.10.0 requests==2.22.0

Using dummy package with correct version name.

pip install bs4==0.0.1 requests==2.22.0
