Support JSON RPC 2.0 batch requests

Hey,

I think this is not currently part of the crate and not very convenient to do outside parse_request. Relevant bit of the spec: https://www.jsonrpc.org/specification#batch

Support JSONRPC 1.0

As far as I can see, JSONRPC 1.0 is not supported by the crate. It would be great if jrpc provided types for both version.

Notification with an "id" member

As reported in the specification, a Notification is a Request object without an "id" member, but jrpc creates the request with "id": null.

I create a JSON-RPC notification in this way:

    );

}

This code prints:

Do I do something wrong?
