How do you correctly install discum

I tried installing through command prompt as some articles suggested but it doesn't detect the package~~
There wasn't any instructions on the Readme about that so I thought it's common sense but I'm struggling~
I'm using 3.8.1 python and got my discum zip file from github so it's latest version.

Connection Keeps Dropping / Older Version of Discum

For some reason it keeps getting stuck in a connection loop. It seemed to work briefly once by spamming the channel with $wa but it stopped and went back to this loop.

instasnipe too fast for mudae?

is there any way to increase the delay of the instant snipe feature. I just assume that it can sometimes not work like how when you set claim delay to zero. Setting it so that it reacts in like 0.4-0.6 seconds would be pretty cool as it's faster than most humans can react and it won't get eaten by mudae when the mudae is slow sometimes.
EDIT: It still works it was just a potential concern of mine

React to specific Kakera

Is there a way to react only to some types of Kakera, such as Yellow, Orange, Light ... Or will the bot react to everything that spawns? Sorry if this is already included in the settings, but I didn't find something like that

hmm the py window opens up for 0.1 second and closes by itself, is that normal?

Bot just rolling nonstop

I'm not sure if this is caused by game mode 2 or not... but the bot keeps on rolling even though mudae tells me that I can only roll 8.

No module name discum

I have installed using the command in the discum in git but it still does not detect discum.

Hi, I am interested in using this bot but have no idea how to run it. Could I get some help with this? I have 0 experience in Python programming and don't know how to run the bot. I've configured the "Settings_Mudae.json" correctly (I think) but don't know how to run the .py file.

If someone could tell me how, it would be greatly appreciated :)

(Feature Suggestion?) Better logging.

The bot is awesome and is working great! While it's not needed, I think a better log would be a good idea for when you're running the script. This is most certainly NOT necessary but I think it would be a good idea for the bot to keep in mind. It could help the user be more in line with what the bot is doing.

An example could be:
"Character" ("wished"/"characterlist"/"serieslist") was detected in "channel" from "server".
Claim (succesful/failed).

While this would be going a bit further and way less necessary than the one before, a good log idea (In my opinion, and I get why people wouldn't see the appeal) could also be showing The characters it's ignoring and their kak value.

What does the limited version do

As the title says, there is a mudae auto bot limited.py in the folder, what does it do?
What's the difference between the standard one and the limited one?

How to $wa in multiple channel

I've seen the source code, "channel_id" is channel where we do $wa, but "multichannel" only claims for us (not do $wa), so how do we $wa automatically on multiple channel?

No module named discum

I've basically been tearing my hair out for the past few hours trying to figure out how to get this to work, I've tried running the various commands posted in other closed issues to no avail, I've reinstalled python as well as used Git to install Discum. Any advice?

1- Any prediction of using the character list and not for kakera value?
2 - An option that I have never seen in any is to get a certain type of waifus-only kakera that you have key lvl 10+
I think to make it easier I could have another list that tells you the waifus that has a key level of 10+ and if it appears with, for example, orange kakera the bot picks it up. Because they have a lower kakera power value

Difficulty starting / running the bot

Hello,

Whenever I try to open the bot while they are running, this message appears, even with the bot all configured, and when it works, the error of the second message occurs, I defined min_kak 10, to try to reach a real reaction value of the bot, when has togglesnipe on

There were cases where I simply gave up on starting the bot, as I always presented the message asking for $settings

PS: I am using the latest version of the bot and my entire configuration was in Settings_Mudae.json

Doubts the functionalities that are working

Hello I was using the version that used discord.py that stopped working many things, I would like to know if this is working with the following settings:
rolling
series_list
namelist
soulemoji_list
Kakera delay

because I'm having a problem with the bot, which when starting it presents the console with a lot of information being presented quickly that is impossible to read, I installed the discum by downloading version 1.2.1 because I couldn't use the command python -m pip install --user --upgrade git+https://github.com/Merubokkusu/Discord-S.C.U.M.git

Limited version reacting to mudae messages outside of specified channelid and multiid

I set channel id to only 1 channel, yet it's reacting to commands in other ones

So is claiming working or right now only claiming and kakera sniping works

A problem with the bot

Hi, I speak Spanish so I know very little English I hope you understand me. I recently downloaded your bot for Mudae and I realized that the program did not claim other people's rolls, it asked you if this can be solved or if it works like this

Bot will roll a minute before roll reset and then won't roll

Im not entirely sure how to install this. I have python 3.9 and im not entirely sure what im supposed to do from here. The information on the main repo for discum didn't help me at all. Im not familiar with this at all to be honest.

Rolls and Pokeslot

Hello, I got the bot working, however I set both rolling and pokeslot to "False" on de JSON, and it still did rolls and pokeslot, I tried again on a diferent server and it did it once again.

If someone else rolls, but the character is still wished by me, the script still waits the seconds (in this case 8), even though Roll's sniping is set to 3 and he should claim instantaneously.

Disable claiming in specific servers.

I think this should be a feature, maybe the channels you choose can be made the only places you want to claim.

I am testing the latest version and it is almost 100% thank you very much for all the work done so far.
But when starting the roll, after rolling 10x he stopped, I started rolling it manually and he took the kakera from the $embedcolor chosen in the configuration, but then the second problem came, he did not try the following ones, in the first version I used, he tried until he received a message that was not possible, and used that time for a next attempt.

Question about bot functionality and settings.

If the new bot is supposed to know the optimal wait time until claim, when does the time you set in Settings_Mudae.json come into play?

program opens and closes immediately

I know my problem is probably something very stupid as i dont have a lot of knowledge about programming and such so you dont have to bother
after i installed python and pip installed discum i tried to open programm but theres always a problem.. first when i tested with idle the problem was that it didnt detect discum.. tried to reinstall it but for some reason i cant check with idle anymore.. any fix for that?

Bot continues to react to already married character

Hellos,

It occurred 2 times on the server while not looking, it has a reaction custom and the bot uses ❤ next to the custom reaction.
Both characters were on the namelist and attended the min_kak
Is that normal?

Bot not acknowledging when wish is rolled.

Hello, after testing whether or not the bot works with a minimum of 10 kakera, and a minimum of 50 kakera, the bot works perfectly fine. However after changing the minimum kakera to 400, and someone above that being rolled (also on the "namelist" and my wishlist) the bot did not acknowledge or make any attempt to claim it.
Any idea what went wrong?

Rolling errors

When starting Mudae AutoBot Limited.py, if there is no scroll, it displays this error.
I also modified it here to roll faster, because it was extremely robotic and this error occurred.
Would it be possible for the bot to start running again without having to restart?

I tried to use SoulmateKakSnipeOnly with soulemoji_list, without success, they are ignored

With this change the selfbot is unable to get any output from the on_message event listener

from what I know is that they have removed the

API v9 also removes the /channels/:id/messages/:id/suppress-embeds route.

currently only kakera sniping is working because it is reaction based

rolls are not working because it dynamically obtains the wait time from message
pokerolls not working for the same reason

Bot does not react to a kakera / waifu

I downloaded the most up-to-date version of the boat I configured Settings_Mudae.json this way

During the roll of people this appears.
Before he asked to use $ settings and then start the bot, but if I do it every time I need to open the bot, it will be very suspicious.

Hey I'm not really familiar with programming but I followed all the instructions in the readme. The bot has no issue sniping kakera but it seems to not be recognizing any of the characters I've put in the namelist. In addition to that, I set my min_kak value to 400 but I've seen the bot completely ignore several of 400+ kakera characters. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

Bot doesn't roll on its own

Hello, the bot works just fine. When I run it, it starts by rolling and after that it keeps sniping kakera, characters and notifying when other users roll. However, when certain time has passed and I'm able to roll again it doesn't fo it on its own and I have to restart the script. Also, not sure if that's intended but it rolls even though I'm not able to claim.

Program closes after time?

I don't really know if its replicable but I think the program just closes after being left open for a while. I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end.
