Run locally

1. Install Node.js and npm
2. Run npm install
3. Run npm start
4. Visit http://localhost:8080

Run in the cloud

1. Install the cf CLI
2. Run cf push --random-route
3. Visit the given URL

Create ZIP

1. Run zip -r node.js_app.zip src package.json package-lock.json
