Vonage PHP Complete Package

This package is a wrapper for our PHP library, which you can find here: https://github.com/vonage/vonage-php-sdk-core

Please note that all requirements for this package will match the core library, including platform requirements such as a minimum requirement for PHP 8.0

This package exists to separate the Vonage functionality from the HTTP Client. If you can't install this package due to a conflict with the guzzle6-adapter package, you can instead install:

• The main package vonage/client-core
• Any HTTP client that satisfies php-http/client-implementation (see https://packagist.org/providers/php-http/client-implementation for options).

Wrong Unicode detection

When sending SMS in text mode, sometimes messages are wrongly detected as Unicode, and a warning error is triggered.

Step to reproduce :

1. Try to send the following message with the SDK : Pensez à votre rendez-vous demain à la pharmacie
2. Message will be detected as Unicode, and a warning error will be triggered.

It is because of the "isUnicode" method, that returns true because of the "à" character, which is a valid GSM character.

Nexmo 1.x is no longer installable

php-http/guzzle6-adapter should be ^1.0 for 1.x, not ^2.0

SMS sending freezes the execution if throttle occurs

Line 51 in src/SMS/Client.php calls PHP sleep function, which expects a timeout in seconds, whereas src/SMS/ExceptionErrorHandler.php throws a ThrottleException object with a timeout in milliseconds.
Thus, the script freezes for xxx seconds instead of milliseconds.

Package zendframework/zend-diactoros is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use laminas/laminas-diactoros instead.
