add possible sprinkle usage rule

detect if there is ability to move properties from style to sprinkles

given this sprinkle:

const colorProperties = defineProperties({
  properties: {
    color: { white: '#fff', black: '#000' },
    // etc.
  }
});

export const sprinkles = createSprinkles(colorProperties);

in another file using style function:

incorrect code:

const styles = style({
  color: 'white', // eslint error: replace style with sprinkle
})

correct code:

const styles = sprinkles({
  color: 'white',
})

add order rule

to set specific order for your sprinkles usage. Would be cool to be able define the order inside the eslint config

incorrect code:

const styles = style([
  style({
    width: '100%',
  }),
  sprinkles({
    position: 'relative',
  }),
]);

correct code:

const styles = style([
  sprinkles({
    position: 'relative',
  }),
  style({
    width: '100%',
  }),
]);
