Evolve scene test to a full town sample

We must have a killer scene to attract people to the project.

In order to do then above scene the steps are:

• Create the river
• Create the bridges
• Create lines at both side of the river
• Create the houses along the river
• Create lines going to the main areas and the things in each area
  • temple
  • jail
  • buildings
  • stadium (sphere)

We will do it first at low scale and then make it larger.

The coordinates in my plane world in which I am working are: (5000, 4, 0)

I use:

generate-structures=true

to avoid having villages in the construction area.

Also, I configure the plugins/RaspberryJuice/config.yml to use absolute coordinates:
