Accept parameters encoded as json

No module named 'page_xml_draw.struct'

First of all thank you for your project!

I had problems installing the package as the module page_yml_draw.struct was not found.
Therefore, I created an __ini__.py file in the struct folder. Unfortuanly, the module struct used by six was then shadowed.
A workaround would be to rename the folder struct to e.g. format and create a __ini__.py file as mentioned in the step before.

After pip install . the package is working again. I think the commit afadf0d led to this error.

Only overlay the drawn image once at the end of the process

This should prevent the specified color for given element from mixing with the color of another already-drawn element.
