Output naming with multiple images

Multiple input images currently result in output images that are named like this:

• output.png0
• output.png1

Instead the output images should be named like this:

• output0.png
• output1.png

Shift HSL

Try shifting the hue, saturation and lightness of the source image to match more colors to the chosen palette.

For example, if a conversion with a chosen palette would result in 10 different colors in the output image, a source image with a slightly higher saturation might result in 11 different colors.

Palette as string

It would be helpful if the program would recognize common palette names and use those instead of a PNG file. Maybe add the most popular palettes from the Lospec Palette List?

The most popular palette could also serve as a default value if no palette parameter is given.
