Remove spread from runtime and compiler

Currently the Spread implementation is doing nothing for the project. Remove every instance of the spread library within Reins.

Create new namespace for each agent

I need to figure out how to create a new namespace every time a new agent comes in. I know from past experience that you can not switch to another namespace from within a new thread. Perhaps it would work if I created a new namespace with a random name before I broke the agent off into a new thread?

Runtime should read :config

Currently, the :config data that is being sent with an agent is being completely ignored. Through the config the agent should be able to specify:

• A preferred method of communication.
• What libraries should be used.
• Things to be added in the comments later.

Compiler should export a compiled file

The compiler shouldn't just send the program off to be executed, it should be compiled into a file that can be used later.

Compiler should be able to inject compiled agents

Once an agent has been compiled, you should be able to specify a file to be injected into a runtime.

$ rein-compiler -f ../agent-template/compiled-agent.gnt -r 127.0.0.1:1612

Move 'move' function within runtime

Currently the agents carry around their own movement functions. That is perfectly fine to do, but there should be a function that exists within the runtime that all agents can access.

Agents should be passed to the executor encrypted

Some sort of encryption should happen when the agents are being passed around the network. They should not be plaintext briefcases.

Extend Runtime with jars

The Runtime should be extendable if the individual has allowed it. I need to come up with a way for the Runtime to be able to pick up on new jars that have been included into to classpath after compilation.
