Should we streamline the quotations from UAAG 2.0 in section 3.3.2?

I've created Pull Request #10, which simply deletes some extraneous cross-references (presumably to techniques or other documents) from the quotation from UAAG 2.0.

It may be worth retaining the quoted text in full, since these success criteria are very relevant to remote meetings, and may not be as widely known as they ought to be. Comments are welcome either for or against retaining the quotation as is (with the cleaning that I've carried out).

The text at the end of the section suggests this is only relevant to meeting platforms with embedded user agent-like functionality. Is this right, or does it apply to Web applications as well?

Happy to support the pull request, in terms of embedded vs web, it's a good question, I have only considered it as embedded so good to reflect on with the group.
