Hi there, I am Walker088 (Chun-Wei Chen) 👋

I'm currently working on the Paraguay HIS project which is hosted by Taiwan mission, ICDF. 🇵🇾 🇹🇼 We develop a web-based system by Java, covering more than 150 public hospitals, and serving more than 560 thousand patients monthly in Paraguay.

I'm also interested in the distributed system and algorithm design, I was doing the blockchain consensus algorithm design and implementation in the NCCU Network System Design Lab, publishing MSig-BFT on The 2nd International Workshop on Blockchain Technologies and Systems.
