Running Locally

Older versions are available in versioned_docs/.

Don't stick to patch versions in Cargo.toml

Add integration tests to cover CORS configuration

There have been issues with the CORS configuration not working, leading to #57 and eventually simplifying how CORS is handled in the service.
However, these changes are done in blind faith and we have no tests to ensure the CORS headers are correctly served.

We need to add those tests.

Fix project workflow for `reopen` and `close`

Project workflow fails for reopen and close events with:

gh: Could not resolve to a ProjectV2 with the number 20.
PROJECT_UUID: null
gh: Could not resolve to a node with the global id of 'null'
gh: Could not resolve to a node with the global id of 'null'

There are application errors with no traces in CloudWatch.
