An emacs extension that sonifies your code. Skilled users will begin to be able to recognize some code based solely upon the music it generates. Hear sine waves at different frequencies for lowercase letters, square waves for upper case letters, and triangle waves for keybindings.

Note: esonify may lag on some Windows machines- this is an issue that is still being pursued.

Requirements

  • emacs 24 or higher
  • sound-wav.el

Usage

M-x esonify-mode Turns esonify on and off.
