Arrow Keys don't work on Edge

[1] Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 36 and earlier return "Left", "Right", "Up", and "Down" for the arrow keys, instead of "ArrowLeft", "ArrowRight", "ArrowUp", and "ArrowDown".

Improve running animations

Current feet moving by one pixel animation is super-subtle. Something with a bit more motion without redoing all the graphics entirely would be cool.

Add some bonus collectible item to collect on each level

Certain levels have optional routes. A collectible bonus item could encourage taking the harder route. In other levels they could probably still be worked into some optional jumps.

One item per level. This would make a perfect run 5 stars (or whatever) and zero falls.

Audio creates new throwaway objects every time a sound is played.

Gotta avoid garbage at all costs to cut out GC lag and keep animation smooth.

Audio nodes are typically used as one time things but maybe we can do something clever with a voice pool and turning gain nodes up and down.
