[REQUEST] Option to flash CC2531 and CC2530 sticks/dongles with zigpy-znp already has a serial bootloader?

Please consider adding option to flash CC2531 and CC2530 SOC with zigpy-znp if already been flashed with serial bootloader.

puddly has added instructions to zigpy-znp README.md with information on how to flash Z-Stack application firmware CC2531 with firmware he recommend

• (BETA) CC2531 running Z-Stack 3.0.1. You can flash CC2531ZNP-without-SBL.bin to your stick directly with zigpy_znp: python -m zigpy_znp.tools.flash_write -i /path/to/CC2531ZNP-without-SBL.bin /dev/serial/by-id/YOUR-CC2531 if your stick already has a serial bootloader.
• (ALPHA) CC2531 running Z-Stack Home 1.2. You can flash CC2531ZNP-Prod.bin to your stick directly with zigpy_znp: python -m zigpy_znp.tools.flash_write -i /path/to/CC2531ZNP-Prod.bin /dev/serial/by-id/YOUR-CC2531 if your stick already has a serial bootloader.

I believe the same instructions should also work on CC2530 based adapters too if also they have already a pre-flashed serial bootloader, but it should be noted that where are three (3) varients of CC2530 adapter without or with different amplifier chips:

Also, as I understand, the serial bootloader on CC2531 and CC2530 SoCs first needs to be flashed ast least once over GPIO pins via CC Debugger or alternative GPIO flasher like Raspberry Pi or Arduino/ESP8266/ESP32, but if the user have already done so or has purchased a preflashed CC2531 and CC2530 adapter like the Itead CC2531 Zigbee adapter then the application firmware can be update via zigpy-znp

Good idea to use Git Bash on Windows for greater compatibility?

Mevius in the Home Assistant Community reported issues getting this to work on Windows until he used the commands in Git Bash

Might it be a good idea to use always Git Bash on Windows operatingsystems for greater compatibility?
