Enhance SSE subscription by introducing magix-side filters

Currently Magix sends out all messages through SSE ignoring client preferences. As for now client Magix API implementation is responsible for filtering out messages by channel (event type in SSE). See RFC-2 and JS implementation

We can improve bandwidth usage a bit if during subscription to SSE endpoint client sends a list of desired ogrigins it wants to listen.

While Magix MUST simply drop messages from non-desired origins. See Magix implementation
