Change robocopy /COPYALL to /Copy:DATSO

Auditing permission should not be required per https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/c4486f3d-45cb-4bfd-a6ae-f4a797d5b4ee/robocopy-error-you-do-not-have-the-manage-auditing-user-right?forum=winservergen

Support running without admin rights

An error may be prompted while the script is run where double backslash is shown in the error message

Solution:

Remove backslash from working directory variable - UAC elevation

For cscript //NoLogo "%WorkingDir%\_elevate.vbs" "%WorkingDir%" "%WorkingDir%\FolderTemplateProvisioner.bat" >nul 2>&1

• %WorkingDir%\_elevate.vbs should be %WorkingDir%_elevate.vbs
• %WorkingDir%\FolderTemplateProvisioner.bat should be %WorkingDir%FolderTemplateProvisioner.bat
