Doubts in ComputeGraphReconstruction.cpp

Hello, I was going through your code, specifically the file ComputeGraphReconstruction.cpp. I had a few questions regarding it:

1. In this line, can we use vf_edges instead of edges?

2. The if-conditions of this and this are opposite. Shouldn't they be the same? Because we always want to consider only the negative edges (edges paired with vertices and not squares) which pass the persistence-threshold check.
