schedule this consumer file(mq.py)

How can we schedule this consumer file(mq.py) so that it will automatically consume the records which will come in queue

How use it?

Guys need help use it code, i don't understand how use is.
Pls example code

Stream connection lost: error(104, 'Connection reset by peer')

Now the consumer is started and I am getting the below mentioned error (Consumer starts consuming the records but after some time this happens): -
