Sign up doesn't redirect to Login page

If you sign up, you remain on the page. This should be changed.

Footer not properly aligned

After upgrading the login to have a signup page, the footer no longer centers properly (used to say powered by matterwiki, and that was offkilter).

Remove "Create Article" abilities from non-admin user

The current VPIA framework allows users to create articles. At the moment, our focus is on limiting the first batch of artwork to those chosen by Wapatah.

So we should remove this function at least temporarily just for non admin users.

This would be changed in the API folder.

Make sure there was a change before updating Article

If you:

1. Edit an article
2. Do nothing
3. Add a reason for the change and save

It updates with 0 changes (except for the updated reason).
We should make sure something has changed before allowing the article to update.

Ckeditor resized images not staying resized.

When you resize an object in Ckeditor5, it is saved as (for example):

<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:7.73%;"><img src="imgurl"></figure>

That style width adjustment is saved properly and if you inspect the html, you find it - but something is overriding it, possibly in Bootstrap or style.css. This particular styling should be allowed.

Article's updated_at field never gets updated with new edits

When editing an Article, the archive that is created has the correct timestamp. However that timestamp is never saved to the updated_at timestamp for Article. It remains the same has the day when the Article was created.

updated_at needs to be updated with the timestamp of the most recent change.
