Version 1.0.10 will not install

I've just downloaded the latest version of OD Explorer (the full application, not the portable one) and the installer flat out refuses to open in Windows 10. I get a vague statement saying "this app can't run on your PC" and no other information. The previous version, 1.0.9.0, installs and runs just fine - was there a change in requirements for running the app between versions, or is this an issue on your end?

OD Explorer crashing with Tussock Ignis

Hi, since OD Explorer 1.0.3 (or patch 14), my OD Explorer crashes when I scan a Tussock Ignis.
I play with French language.
Could you please help me ?

Rocky Bodies have value up to 200.000, which is incorrect

This rocky body is non-terraformable, yet it has a max value of 190.000.

Geological / biological icons not shown

Hello, new user of OD-E, I can't show the geological nor biological icons in the main window. I tried every options, but it doesn't work.

I'm on Windows 10, with all latest versions of drivers, and .Net v5

OD Explorer showing main star with a ring planet icon

OD EXPLORER Version 0.9.4

This update brings in so much more customizable UI, and its awesome. I especially love the distance calculation!

The Issue:
I've been testing it for a short time, and so far I've seen the UI keeps showing me the main star "A" always has the "Rings" icon.

Feature Request:
I see you have added icons to customize the UI under display settings, and that's brilliant. If it's also possible to add an icon (or a blue color on top of an existing body icon) showing which bodies are landable. This would also help out if these high gravity/atmospheric pressure planets are landable or not for odyssey. I would suggest the color to be on top of the planet's icon under the Name tab, or where ever you see fit.

Valuable Body Notifications

Currently valuable bodies in known systems exist within the app:

It'd be nice if there were an option to allow notifications for these when you pop into their system.

Worth Mapping Overlay

Currently the notifications are incredibly useful but when you're FSS-ing a whole system you'll typically you'll have to go back into the main OD Explorer application to see which valuable bodies are recommended to be mapped.

It'd be nice if there were an option to have a 'Worth Mapping' overlay panel somewhere ingame.

In-game Mockup

Due to screen space limitations, the proposal would only show the nearest valuable body to the player. This shouldn't impose any issues when it comes to systems with large numbers of valuable bodies.

Once the body in the component has been scanned, the next closest body will be displayed. If valuable bodies are scanned out of order then the "Bodies Remaining" segment would be the only part that'd need updating.

Need information about privacy

Hello,

OD explorer needs an internet connection to work.
What data is being sent? and where?
An offline mode would be possible even if it is less accurate?

OD Explorer crashing to desktop on launch

As the title says - when I open OD Explorer, it tries to load up my current location and information, but after a few seconds it abruptly closes itself. I was using the latest version successfully for a few days, and this is happening with the previous version now as well, so I fear it must be a configuration problem on my end, but I'm not really sure where to go with it next. So far, I have:

1. Reinstalled OD Explorer 1.0.6
2. Rolled back to OD Explorer 1.0.5
3. Tried each version without anything else running, not even Elite
4. Running each version as Administrator.
5. Repaired my installation of .NET (version 6.0.21) and tried both ODE 1.0.5 and 1.0.6 again

With liberal restarts in between processes just in case. I have made no hardware changes anytime recently.

I did not see an obvious crash log file in the application folder to attach here, but let me know if I can provide anything else. I would love to continue using this app.

Export to CSV error

In the window for Biological data, when you click export to CSV, it prompts you for a save location and filename, and once filled out, and you click save, i receive this prompt:

Exobiological specie not listed in the DB

I found a system with 6 exobiologicals genus

One of the genus specie is not listed in OD-E when I scan it (Tussock (Touradon in french) Divisa yellow)

Is it a bug or just the genus / specie is not listed in the OD-E DB ?

Tussosck range and value at 0

Hi, 1st thanks for 1.0.5, it solved the crash with tussocks in french version !
But there's still a little bug with it. As you can see on the screen, value and range are 0.

App (1.0.4) crashing every time I scan a tussock

OD-E is crashing every time I scan a tussock (touradon in french).

App is closing, and I loose every information already saved (total amount for the session). And I need to make a new FSD jump to get information on my remaining jumps back.

Select All can't Deselect All

Hi !

In Display Options, under Notable Body Options, I can Select / Deselect All under Planet Class, but I can not Deselect All under Atmosphere Class and Volcanism. This isn't very practical when I need to select a few Atmospheres, for example.

Thank you very much for this tool, it's very effective and pleasing to the eye. One of my favorite tools.
