Adding cervical mucous overrides period, but does not cancel it, leading to innaccurate cycles

Entering cervical mucous should reset any period data for that day.

ER: Improve FemCal reporting

PDF reports are ok, but could be significantly improved.
They were originally going to be in HTML but we ended up implementing them by drawing a report straight into PDF, which works ok.

ER: Expand intercourse to include intercourse / insemination.

Maybe this should be an option...

ER: Add Touch ID to FemCal.

If a password is set, then allow user to authenticate via fingerprint instead of typing password.

ER: Provide an option to utilize only the last x cycles for estimates

Allow users to use only x most recent cycles to provide estimates.

ER: Integrate Apple Health Kit

Few options here, or a mixture of both:

• Get permission and read data logged under HealthKit, displaying in FemCal,
• Get permission and write data from FemCal to HealthKit,
• Both, with the option to simply switch all data to being saved under HealthKit.

Provide a way to log a BBT entry as 'high' or 'low' so it can be skipped in coverline calculation, but still count as logged data

Requested by quite a few users.
