most steps with the HTML and CSS were already done by Udacity the goal was to figure out how best to configure the javascript file to conform to the project requirements

Steps

• Create your project file structure to stay organized
• Create a fourth HTML section using javascript
• Build the navigation menu dynamically through the manipulation of the DOM through javascript
• Add additional style to the HTML document using custom CSS properties and styling
