Strength Journeys is a free web app to visualize your barbell lifting data from Google Sheets. Strength progress tracking, one rep max calculator, gym timer and more. Fully open source. Chalk not included.

Google Sheets as data source

Requires user data in a Google Sheet. The app will ask for read-only access of your specific lifting spreadsheet. (this can be revoked at any time)

Open our sample data format in Google Sheets. (Click File Menu, then click 'Make A Copy')

Deployment branch

The main git branch is deployed on Vercel. https://strengthjourneys-git-main-wayneschuller.vercel.app/

This deployment has informative console logging of processing timings and any errors.

Upload/Link not working

Hi there, have been looking for sometining like this all over the place and found the link on reddit

I can't get my data to upload, just keep getting an error message. Would love to know if this gets fixed though!

Metric Support (kg instead of lbs)

Relevant for the two pages:

1. Strength Visualizer
2. PR-Analyzer

The system currently always assumes lbs when i enter my lifts.

As a metric user, i would love if there could be a switch so these two pages could also show my logs in KG instead of lbs. Nothing fancy but would be great to share when sharing with others.
