unblock_source_ip throws error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'private' (T_PRIVATE), expecting end of file in /.../unblock_source_ip.php on line 19

The issue appears too (with other line number) when I'm removing the comment at the beginning or move the include config.php anywhere else.

I've currently absolutely no idea what's wrong.

remove webadmin for security reasons?

I strongly recommend to remove the webadmin script. The thought somebody could copy it to his webspace and forget It there, gives me the creeps.
Yes, there is a warning in readme.md, but it could be overseen quite simple... and after all, which user really does read readme files?
Although there probably are cases where this script could be quite useful, we should not bring unnecessarily less-professional wbce users into dangerous situations.
