Add UWP implementation

System.InvalidOperationException: A task may only be disposed if it is in a completion stat

error in the method OnDestroy in _task._task.Dispose();

Unhandled Exception:

System.InvalidOperationException: A task may only be disposed if it is in a completion state (RanToCompletion, Faulted or Canceled).

Is not firing properlly

This code just fire at the first start.

For example, if I close the app the background service stops and never will be called again.
