Products are not loading

Hello sir, products and subscriptions list are shown in some mobile and not shown in some mobile. These all app are downloaded from playstore directly. What could be the problem? Anything i have to setup in play console for this?
The error in device saying : "Querying product details is not supported."

Not working for one time purchase

Whenever we run the app again the status of purchase changes to cancel

The same item is being shown twice when adding an offer to that product.

I found a small issue: when I added the offer to that subscription's product ID, it displayed the same item twice - once for free and once with a price. Could you help me solve this problem? I want to show only one item with a price, and when the user clicks, then display the offer as well.

Mode of the payment

I just integrated the IAP using this package and i checked all the feature using test mode but i didn't find any way to make purchase live mode from test mode.
