Add exchange icon

Trading context

Trading context include trading pair, market, price presition, trading fee and so on. These parameters are different from exchanges.
Strategy can infer these from exchange api. But if a strategy should support lots of exchanges, it will be a difficult task. Thus, we should add an API that allow use matually specified these parameters in yufuquant.
