Shave scythe model

Can we shave this down to under 10K tri? There are pointless fine details and it is currently 50K.

Reduce size in plants.blend

Right now this is using alpha textures which results in a 20mb GLB export, even with jpeg textures selected. My guess is it is not using JPG due to the fact that alpha is mapped.

Is there a way to keep the fidelity and get it down < 5mb?

Searching for assets to use in Open World Generation

• going through the assets and finding useful assets for world generation, terrain generation
• finding assets that have the style of Fortnite

Align fortnite.blend meshes

All walls need to be made to fit into the box of 0,0,0 -> 4,4,4.
Then transforms need to be applied to zero out their origins.

This is so everything loads correctly in the engine.

Bake pistol model

This pistol has tons of materials and needs to be baked to be game-ready. 2K-4K atlas would be good.

Tornado: bake animations

This needs a join on all objects while keeping the animation.

• bone joint is not matching well.

model and animation's bone should be same in hierarchy structure and names.
names can be process in programmatically a little bit, but both(model and animation) bone hierarchy should be same.

• female.vrm is not standard VRM file format.
